Cancellation Policy

Standard Reservations

For standard room reservations, cancellations must be made at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled check-in time to receive a full refund. Cancellations made within 48 hours of check-in will be subject to a one-night room charge.

Suite Reservations

Luxury and Presidential suite reservations require cancellation at least 72 hours prior to check-in for a full refund. Late cancellations will incur a charge equivalent to one night's stay.

Group Bookings

  • 10-20 rooms: 7 days notice required
  • 21-50 rooms: 14 days notice required
  • 50+ rooms: 30 days notice required

Special Events and Holidays

Reservations during special events, peak seasons, or holidays may be subject to different cancellation policies. These will be communicated at the time of booking.

No-Show Policy

Failure to check in on your scheduled arrival date without prior notification will result in a charge equivalent to the full stay amount.

Early Departure

If you check out earlier than your scheduled departure date, you may be charged for the entire original reservation period.

Refund Process

Eligible refunds will be processed to the original form of payment within 5-7 business days.

Force Majeure

In the event of circumstances beyond our control (natural disasters, etc.), alternative arrangements or refunds will be handled on a case-by-case basis.
